Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The Stocker will be responsible for ensuring that products are efficiently stocked, organized, and readily available for customers. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall presentation of the store and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory and manage stock levels.
Receive and unpack merchandise, ensuring proper placement on shelves and displays.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move large quantities of products safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding product locations and availability, providing excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely restocking of produce and grocery items.
Perform retail math calculations as needed for inventory management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
Familiarity with RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Basic knowledge of retail math to assist in inventory control tasks.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods while performing stocking duties.
A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate product placement and store presentation.
