Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Bartender to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
Participate in promotional events or sales initiatives to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining or high-volume establishments is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
