Job Title: Front Desk Associate – Tennis Facility
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at a private tennis club. This role is key to ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common areas, with a heavy focus on towel service and water stations.
- Ensure towels are consistently stocked, clean, and readily available to members.
- Monitor and maintain water stations throughout the facility, refilling and cleaning as needed.
- Assist with member billing, payments, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Support daily operations to ensure a smooth experience for members and guests.
- Communicate effectively with other staff to uphold facility standards and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, fitness, or private club settings.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and billing system proficiency preferred.
