As a Customer Service Assistant with our Event & Sales Team, you’ll be the face of well-known brands at live events, pop-ups, and promotional stands. This role is perfect for outgoing individuals who enjoy dynamic environments and real-time customer interaction. You'll play a key role in shaping memorable experiences, answering questions, guiding purchases, and creating an atmosphere that turns casual interest into brand loyalty.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming event attendees, creating a friendly and engaging first impression
Supporting customers through product demonstrations and sales assistance
Managing point-of-sale systems and processing transactions accurately
Assisting with event setup and breakdown, ensuring every display is eye-catching and compliant
Responding to customer inquiries on-site and escalating issues when necessary
Collaborating with the sales team to hit individual and group targets
Providing feedback and insight from customer interactions to improve future campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic, approachable individuals with strong communication skills
A proactive attitude — you take initiative and keep things running smoothly
Comfortable working on your feet and in busy, fast-paced environments
Some experience in customer service, events, or retail is helpful (but not essential)
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or occasional evenings
Eligible to work in the US and 18+ years of age
