Ideal Qualities

Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or modern cuisine settings
A polished and professional appearance with grace under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and timing
Familiarity with South Asian cuisine is a plus, but curiosity and respect for it are a must
Strong communication and teamwork
Availability for evenings and weekends
