Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender with at least 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale casual establishments. The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, and passionate about crafting high-quality beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages (mocktails, traditional drinks, and specialty creations) in a timely and accurate manner
- Greet guests at the bar and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on preferences
- Ensure bar area is clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Work closely with wait staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain knowledge of all drink recipes, ingredients, and bar menus
- Upsell featured drinks and seasonal offerings
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in fine dining or upscale casual environments
- Strong knowledge of mocktails, non-alcoholic mixology, and traditional beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
