Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payment transactions.
Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to ensure timely service.
Stay updated on current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations; familiarity with retail math is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Experience with brewing techniques is advantageous for specialty beverage preparation.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
