Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do

Hospitality Coordination: Assist in managing catering, vendor relationships, and on-site hospitality services to elevate the guest experience at every event.
Music Event Logistics: Support the planning and execution of event stages, from artist accommodations and back-of-house needs to public access and venue flow.
Guest & VIP Services: Help manage guest lists, coordinate VIP packages, and provide on-site support to ensure every attendee feels valued and well-cared for.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our events, marketing, and production teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality event from start to finish.
