Restaurant Server (NON SEASONAL) (Must be 21 years of age or older) to join our team. As a bartender, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties-

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including cocktails, wines, and beers, as well as food offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws.

Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system- Provide recommendations, upsell menu items, and answer customer inquiries- Maintain cleanliness in the bar are.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus for establishments that serve craft beers or specialty drinks.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for the hospitality industry with a willingness to learn new skills in mixology and beverage preparation.
