Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time on-site Bartender role located in Washington, DC. The Bartender will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communication, and handling food & beverage orders. Additionally, the Bartender will be responsible for cash handling duties.

Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage
- Cash Handling and Bartending skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing Personality & Team Player
- Nights & Weekends availability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a Bartender is a plus
- Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS/Bartender License or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Toast preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the dining experience and manage banquet events when necessary.
- Uphold communication standards and demonstrate bartending skills to create a memorable experience for guests.

Pay: $10.00 - $100.00 per hour
