We are seeking for people looking to gain skills and experience in Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality repair services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify hardware and software issues in a variety of mobile phone models.
Troubleshoot and identify root causes of problems reported by customers.
Repairs and Replacements:
Perform repairs on mobile phones, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other hardware issues.
Replace and upgrade components, such as cameras, speakers, and microphones.
Software Updates and Installations:
Update software and firmware to the latest versions as needed.
Install and configure operating systems and applications.
Quality Control:
Conduct post-repair testing to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Maintain high standards of quality control to deliver reliable and long-lasting repairs.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of the repair process.
Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines to customers.
Inventory Management:
Keep an organized inventory of replacement parts and tools.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of repairs, including problem descriptions, solutions applied, and parts used.
Provide regular updates on repair statuses to customers.
Stay Informed:
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.
Attend relevant training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
Workplace Maintenance:
Keep the repair area clean, organized, and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Repair Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of mobile phone hardware, software, and operating systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Technical proficiency in using repair tools and equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality repairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or a related field is a plus.
