Position Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support our experiential marketing and community engagement efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to bring event concepts to life—from conception to execution and post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination (venues, caterers, A/V, rentals, etc.).
On-site Management: Execute event setup, manage attendee experience, coordinate staff and speakers, and troubleshoot in real-time.
Client & Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests, manage registration, field inquiries, and ensure a memorable, positive experience.
Post-Event Wrap-Up: Help with tear-down, inventory tracking, surveys, and performance reporting to refine future events.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the social media and client experience teams to amplify event highlights, drive engagement, and nurture leads.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain event calendars, prepare budgets, track expenses, and document vendor agreements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,927.60 - $4,730.01 per month
