Weekend Reception / Showroom Assistant

Zoya’s Atelier is a luxury bridal boutique dedicated to creating a warm, memorable, and personalized experience for every bride who walks through our doors. We are seeking a Weekend Reception / Showroom Assistant to join our team and help us deliver the exceptional service our clients deserve.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients upon arrival and creating a welcoming, professional first impression
- Checking in appointments and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly
- Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling inquiries
- Keeping the showroom organized, clean, and presentation-ready
- Assisting stylists with preparing gowns and accessories for appointments, includes lifting heavy gowns
- Providing general support to ensure clients have a seamless experience
What we’re looking for:
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
