Duties

- Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets the high standards of our establishment.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to assist guests effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed and support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on guest services and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Basic math skills are required for handling bills and processing payments accurately.
- Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
