Compensation: $85,000 – $250,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | No nights or weekends
Supplemental Pay:

Weekly commissions (paid every Friday)

Position Overview: Funding Specialist

We’re hiring motivated, coachable individuals to join our sales team. You’ll be working with qualified business leads, helping owners understand their funding options and guiding them through the process.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to break into sales, finance, or business development. No finance experience is required — we provide full training.

Responsibilities

Contact pre-qualified business leads by phone, text, and email
Understand the business owner’s goals and current challenges
Gather documents and submit applications to underwriting
Present financing options and help clients choose the best fit
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and clients
Meet or exceed KPIs and daily activity goals

Qualifications

Strong communication and listening skills
Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
Comfortable talking on the phone
1+ year of sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred (but not required)
Familiarity with CRM or similar tools is a plus
