Experienced Bartender – Upscale Churrasco (Japanese Fusion) Restaurant

We’re seeking a skilled, hospitality-driven bartender to join our team and create an exceptional bar experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve creative cocktails, wine, sake, and premium spirits with precision and consistency
- Provide personalized, engaging service to bar guests and support servers with drink orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, following health and safety guidelines
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service at all times
- Suggest and upsell featured cocktails, premium sake, wines, and spirits
- Collaborate with management to innovate and update the bar menu
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or bar required
- Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, wine, sake, and Japanese spirits (training available for motivated candidates)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Must be 21+ years old and have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
