We currently seek applicants for the position of Employment Specialist working in PG County. Office location is in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Pay: From $21.20 per hour with incentives.

Job Type: Full-time / 40 Hours per week.

Schedule: 8 hour shift/ Monday to Friday

The selected candidate will implement employment support services to clients who are diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and/or psychiatric illness. Responsibilities include working with individuals to develop job search and interview skills, promoting career decision-making, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with various community employers and service providers.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma and relevant experience in the Human Services field. Preference will be given to applicants with AA/B.A. degrees. Applicants must also possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization’s automobile liability insurance carrier.
