Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-time Craft Cocktail Bartender available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both technical skill and personality to the bar. As part of our team, you will craft inventive cocktails, provide exceptional guest service, and contribute to the continued growth of our bar program.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and creativity.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, seasonal ingredients, and menu offerings.
- Deliver excellent guest experiences by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Manage bar setup and breakdown, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Accurately process orders, handle payments, and maintain credit card controls.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork.
