Job Description:
We are hiring a bilingual bartender (English/Spanish) to join our team serving at private golf clubs. This role may be based at a single location or require working at multiple club venues, depending on scheduling and need. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills to provide guests with a top-tier experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Check customer IDs to ensure legal drinking age
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to members and guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Handle payments, open/close tabs, and operate the register
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams
- Adhere to internal policies and all local alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but we’re open to fast learners with a great attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work at one or multiple golf club locations as needed
