Schedule: First Shift
What You’ll Do:
- Receive work orders and follow detailed instructions to execute assigned jobs
- Collect data-bearing media and other IT hardware from customer sites securely and accurately
- Drive and operate a commercial vehicle (Class B required) to transport collected assets
- Operate destruction equipment such as shredders and degaussers to ensure data is permanently destroyed
- Maintain thorough documentation of collection, transportation, and destruction activities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of destruction equipment and vehicles
- Adapt to changing schedules, travel needs, and job site demands
- Perform additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CDL Class B license (or higher) required
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Must be coachable, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Able to lift, move, push, and pull 50-75 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
