Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Senior Sales Executives in delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities. This role involves assisting with contract review, coordinating inventory checks, and supporting the sales executive with client meetings, event walkthroughs, and on-site installations. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless execution from proposal to event day.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm inventory availability (pipe and drape, dance floors, specialty furniture, etc.)
Assist our senior sales executive with on-site client walk-throughs and venue visits
Support client communications as needed
Maintain and update sales records and event documentation
Ensure timely communication between sales, operations, and warehouse teams
Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and client consultations
Track project timelines and deadlines to ensure deliverables are metHelp identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client experience

Qualifications/Skills

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Experience with event management software a plus (Goodshuffle)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience in events, hospitality, or sales support preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
