Job Summary
we are seeking exceptional cigar lounge female servers with Bartending knowledge, Candidates should be experienced in providing a high end hospitality, this position requires extensive knowledge of both beverage and premium cigar products. The job involves guiding guests through a luxury experience by making expert recommendations, performing table side cigar service, and maintaining a high-end atmosphere
Previous experience in a high-end lounge, fine dining, or other luxury hospitality environment is required, knowledge of cigars and spirits is a major plus.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Greet members and their guests warmly and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Engage and anticipate their needs and build strong relationships.
- Guide guests through the cigar and beverage menu, offering recommendations and pairings based on their preferences.
- Expertly perform cigar-cutting and lighting techniques for guests when required.
- Ensure the lounge area remains pristine and organized, including tables, ashtrays, and service stations, restock the humidor and other inventory items, side work is performed at the start, During and at end of each shift.
- Maintain a sophisticated atmosphere by enforcing proper cigar etiquette, dress codes, and lounge policies.
- Encourage upselling of exclusive selections, premium spirits, special events, and lounge membership tiers.
- Verify member's guests ages to ensure compliance with laws regarding tobacco and alcohol service
Skills and qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with Members, Management and other staff members.
- Must be VERY Presentable and confident in a sophisticated environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Must also be comfortable working in a smoke-filled environment.
- must typically be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be available to work nights and day shifts. Some weekend days might be required in the near future.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
