Global Talent Nexus is now hiring for our client in College Park, MD for an energetic and motivated Entry Level Sales Associate to join a growing team in a full-time retail sales environment. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage directly with customers in a retail setting to promote products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction
- Learn and implement sales scripts, client product information, and promotional strategies
- Process orders and enroll new customers using in-store systems or tablets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and help organize in-store displays
- Track and achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a sales-driven environment
- No prior sales experience required – full training is provided
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to work full-time retail hours, including one weekend day
