Job Summary
We’re seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our retail sales team. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll be on the front lines helping customers choose the right products, services, and accessories. No experience in wireless or retail? No worries we provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T wireless products and services
- Complete sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, products, and pricing
- Support daily store operations including merchandising and cleanliness
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and follow-up
Pay: $600 – $1,300 per week (base pay + Uncapped commission)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge
