Laurel Hill is a year-round facility offering exquisite banquet space and delectable menus, a top rated course in the country and a Tour inspired practice facility.
We are currently hiring for beverage cart drivers, servers and bartenders. Hours of operation vary throughout the year but typically opening shifts begin at 8:00am and closing shifts end around 8:00pm. Working special events such as weddings are also included in the job responsibilities at a higher rate of pay depending on experience.
Experience is preferred but not necessary. Part time positions available and can be flexible with scheduling.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
