Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fine Dining Server Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment. As a Fine Dining Server Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their dining experience.
This position requires at least 3 shifts per week, one of which being on a Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of food while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communicate any needs or preferences of guests.
- Uphold all food handling and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or fine dining is required.
- Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing exemplary customer service.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items to effectively communicate with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
