Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team in a golf/sports environment. The ideal candidate will have an understanding for providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both a sports and nightlife setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations based on their preferences while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Square POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with health codes during food handling.
- Utilize time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in high-volume situations while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts related to sales.
