Typical work includes clinical engagement with patients by phone, medical record administration, and managing office tasks efficiently. BlueStar TeleHealth offers Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Principal Care Management (PCM) services to hospitals, clinics, and physician groups across all 50 states.
Qualifications:
· 1 year of healthcare experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Medical Assistant certification through a recognized program in Maryland
CNA through a recognized program and Licensed in Maryland
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with medical record platforms
· Reliable attendance
· Legal authorization to work in the US
· Successful background check

Compensation: Starting at $22/hr. New hires are paid during the training period.
