Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Server/Server Assistant/Kitchen Assistant. Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process orders accurately.
- Support the kitchen staff by bussing tables, cleaning dishes, and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Collaborate with team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in banquet service as needed, assisting with setup, serving, and breakdown.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Experience with cooking or kitchen operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with guest services and hospitality principles enhances the guest experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
