We are looking for a showman to perform service bar and 5 outstanding cocktails in an open bar in front of the customers. There are no seats at the bar itself. The bar its situated in the dining room and is a key factor in the entertainment of the restaurant. The position would also act as a supervisor during some shifts when the manager is off. We have been successful with this hybrid position and the current holder of this position is becoming the General Manager.

Qualifications:

-3-6 years of experience in a fast paced upscale restaurant
-An ability to provide a positive experience under pressure
-Professional appearance and grooming standards
-Positive attitude and team player mind set
-desire to learn and improve
-POS experience
