- Develop and execute client sales strategies, optimizing performance metrics while identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
- Address and resolve issues, troubleshoot customer inquiries, and ensure the efficient execution of delivery processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Contribute to Business Sales Assistant team development initiatives, fostering collaboration and supporting the company.
Qualifications for a Business Sales Assistant:
- Experience as a customer service representative, in a client service, sales, or relevant customer-focused position
- Professional communication skills
- A passion for creating interpersonal relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Attention to detail with the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize sales activities effectively
