As a result of this growth, we are currently looking to hire several Sales Representatives! We are also offering a $60,000 first year minimum guarantee!*
REQUIREMENTS- Previous auto sales associate experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Those with experience in customer service, account executive, financial services, mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Auto Sales. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as a Sales Associate with us!
If Selected, We Offer:

* After the first year of employment, if the employee has not earned a minimum of $60,000 total compensation, which includes any salary, commissions, bonuses and factory incentives, then Safford Hyundai of Springfield and/or Safford Genesis of Springfield will pay the difference to the employee in the form of a one-time bonus (bonus not to exceed $5,000). Employee must be employed by Safford Hyundai of Springfield and/or Safford Genesis of Springfield for 12 continuous months in order to qualify for the first year guarantee. This is a guarantee of compensation and not a guarantee of employment for any period of time. Employment with Safford Hyundai of Springfield and/or Safford Genesis of Springfield is employment at-will and may be terminated at the will of either Safford Hyundai of Springfield and/or Safford Genesis of Springfield, or the employee at any time, with or without cause or notice.
