What You’ll Do:
- Care Coordination – Match caregivers to clients, oversee care plans, and ensure top-quality service.
- Client Advocacy – Be a voice for our clients, helping them access the resources they need.
- Caregiver Support – Guide and supervise caregivers to maintain excellence in care.
- Compliance and Documentation – Keep accurate records and ensure all care follows regulations.
- Resource Coordination – Connect clients with community services for a fuller, healthier life.
- Hands-On Support – Step in as a Personal Care Aide when necessary, making sure no client is left without assistance.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Personal Care Aide Certification (we can train and certify for free!) or unexpired Certified Nurse Aide license
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license
- Must have own vehicle with appropriate auto insurance coverage
- Negative PPD test or negative chest X-ray if PPD was positive
- Unexpired CPR certificate or higher
Physical Requirements:
- Sits long hours in an office.
- Must be able to read a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to enter data into a computer system.
- Learn new tasks, focus on details, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with coworkers and clients, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to handle and negotiate conflict and other stressful situations, including shifting priorities and crisis management.
- Must be able to interact positively with caregivers, clients and their family members on a regular basis.
- Must be able to drive a car and commute to various Premium Care USA locations on a regular basis or as needed to carry out the functions of this role.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
A criminal background check will be conducted once a conditional job offer is given.
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt/Hourly
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Regular shift: 8am-4pm and PRN (as needed)
- Monday to Friday (may include weekends as needed)
Compensation:
- Starts at $23.00/hour

Primary work setting:
- In-person (office)
- This is an in-office position during the hours of 8AM and 4PM or longer if necessary. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

- Central Maryland and contiguous areas
