Position Summary: We are seeking a Night Picker to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet our clients' high standards and support our mission of providing superior quality ingredients to discerning chefs.
What you’ll do:
- Select and prepare food products for shipment during night shifts.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of picked items according to order specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
About you:
- Prior experience in warehouse or food distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as electric riding pallet jack.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
