We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail Event Marketing Assistant. You’ll be the face of exciting events and pop-up shops, engaging with customers to introduce products and services, and driving sales and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent brands at events in high-traffic retail locations
- Engage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollments

- Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals
- Learn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Work with the team to improve event outcomes

Qualifications:
- No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods
