Can you cold call and just walk in an office and close the deal? If so we want to talk trash with you. If you have been looking for that one chance to show what you can do call us this maybe it.
We deal with Management companies and Apartment communities. We work around the entire DC metro area, we are expanding in the NOVA area. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while utilizing your sales and customer service skills.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Present product information and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent market analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Account management skills to effectively manage client relationships
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
