Duties

- Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing products effectively.
- Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
- Supervising experience is advantageous for candidates looking to take on leadership roles.
