Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Helper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as required for loading and unloading shipments.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and processing orders.
- Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment
- Collaborate with other employees to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Participate in picking & packing orders accurately while adhering to quality control measures.
- Support the shipping & receiving department by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, however is not required
- Familiarity with inventory management practices and systems is essential.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) occasionally
- Proficient in using RF scanners for tracking inventory movements.
- Knowledge of packaging standards and order fulfillment processes is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Pay
- Starting at $13-$15hr depending on qualifications and performance
