- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client offerings, industry trends, and market developments to make informed sales recommendations
- Participate in leadership development activities with the Entry Level Assistant Manager team to strengthen coaching and motivational skills
- Attend structured training sessions designed to enhance communication, leadership, and consultative sales techniques
- Assist in optimizing internal processes to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent retail sales execution
- Collaborate with senior leadership and fellow Entry Level Assistant Managers to drive customer acquisition and surpass sales targets
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a leadership support role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster customer rapport and motivate peers
- Agile problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving priorities
- Comfort working in an incentive-based sales environment that rewards performance
- A collaborative mindset with the initiative and confidence to work independently when needed
