Sales & Marketing Representative - Entry Level

As an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative in our retail sales department you will be handling new customer contracts on behalf of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales. This position involves in-person sales acquisitions, helping build on a trusted brand reputation our client has already established.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and demonstrate product knowledge and provide detailed information to enhance customer experience.
- Engage with potential clients and nurture relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills in technical sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales, customer interactions, and/or direct marketing
- Amazing people skills
