Position Overview
We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our retail sales team. This position is designed for individuals beginning their sales career who want to grow into leadership and manager roles over time. You will assist customers, learn sales processes, and receive training that prepares you for future advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs
- Recommend AT&T products, services, and accessories
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work toward personal and store sales goals
- Learn foundational leadership and store-support skills
- Stay informed on current promotions and product features
- Assist with store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
