Position Overview
We are hiring entry-level, customer-focused individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers, recommend products, and support daily store operations. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity to start a career in retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs
- Recommend AT&T wireless products, services, and accessories
- Complete sales transactions accurately
- Work toward personal and store sales goals
- Stay updated on current promotions and product features
- Help maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Provide clear and professional communication with customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
