Our Mission:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team based in Tysons Corner.
Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central to the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through a high standard of customer service and business acumen.
- Be a brand champion by promoting the Venchi Service Model.
- Support the store manager to drive stores KPI’s, goals, and results.
- Support all employees in their training, acting as a guide and motivator while continuously teaching and developing.
- Support the store manager in planning coaching sessions with all team members when and if needed.
- Ensure store standards, best practices, and procedures are met.
- Keep all equipment well-maintained and report any issues to leadership.
- Maintain food and safety regulations.
Assistant Store Manager Role Requirements:
- Two years of Assistant Store Manager experience.
- Experience in running a fast-paced retail sales and customer service environment.
- Working experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Passionate about chocolate and gelato.
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility in work schedule is required; weekends, late nights, and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends, that’s when we are at our busiest!
- Passionate about desserts, specifically chocolate and gelato!
