Are you passionate about technology and helping customers succeed? ETC is a refrigeration controls company that designs and installs electronic control systems for commercial and industrial refrigeration. Join our team as a Support Technician, where you’ll work directly with customers, configure devices, remotely support our refrigeration controls installs department, and help users with our online monitoring platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote network connectivity support to various locations as part of our online monitoring platform.
Configure and troubleshoot devices for optimal performance.
Assist the refrigeration controls installs department with technical needs.
Assist with programming refrigeration control systems.
Help users navigate and resolve issues on our online monitoring platform.
Communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Create and maintain support documentation.
Other tasks may include creating graphical facility layouts, performing device backups, and working with databases.
