Candidate Source is working with a growing healthcare logistics firm to hire a Warehouse Receiving Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring accurate receipt and documentation of incoming goods. This position involves working with the company’s supply chain team, communicating across departments, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
Document discrepancies and file claims as needed.
Enter receiving data into inventory systems and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with purchasing, inventory control, and quality teams to resolve issues.
Follow company and industry guidelines for handling and recording goods.
Support continuous improvement through documentation and analysis.
Cross-train in warehouse and delivery operations.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and warehouse management systems.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work while standing, bending, or reaching.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
