Position Summary

The Bartender provides an excellent guest drinking and dining experience by crafting both classic and innovative cocktails, delivering high-quality service, and creating memorable moments for every guest.

Position Expectations

Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
Assess guests’ needs and preferences, offering recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails following established recipes and standards
Follow food and beverage guides and HOUSEpitality service standards
Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Complete all required checklists and side work
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food, beverage, and safety regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned
