Position: Asbestos Abatement Supervisor

About the Position
The Lead Installer in the Epoxy Division will be responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of epoxy and other resinous flooring systems, leading a team, and ensuring a high quality, durable finish. This role requires a strong background in surface preparation (like grinding and cleaning), mixing and applying epoxy, and using specialized tools.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Review job specifications/work plan with EHC Epoxy Division Project Manager prior to the start of each new project.
- Strategize, delegate and oversee all worker responsibilities in order to complete daily, short term and long term production objectives on time and within Federal, State and local regulations.
- Ensure all workers have a basic understanding of all site safety procedures and provisions and are wearing required PPE on ALL projects.
- Acts as liaison for EHC with general contractors/homeowners on all projects.
- Communicate any unforeseen incidents, stop work, change order request, and or injuries to office in a timely manner.
- Ensure all equipment and tools have been inspected for damage prior to use. Tag equipment/tool and report damages to warehouse manager.
- Complete and submit all required daily timesheets and forms in Fieldflo.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and complete weekly inspection forms in FieldFlo.
- Adequately train all new hires for the Epoxy Division on how to perform all project specific assigned duties.
- Attend all EHC trainings, meetings, medical appointments etc., as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in installing epoxy and other resinous flooring systems, preferred.
- Experience with concrete grinding is required.
- Possess and maintain a valid PA Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting and Child Abuse clearance as we do work inside schools and government buildings from time to time so our supervisors must be able to pass the clearance required to enter these sites.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment and pass a physical.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
