Looking for candidates who bring both professionalism & personality to the table. This role is essential to delivering an elevated yet approachable dining experience in our fast-paced, casual, and trend-forward restaurant. Strong communication skills, a polished appearance, quick on your feet, attention to detail, and focus on guest satisfaction are must-haves.
Ideal candidates confident with POS systems like Toast, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. Need someone who can handle a fast-paced service with grace, make thoughtful menu suggestions, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Experience with Toast POS is a plus. Speaking a second language such as Korean, Vietnamese, or Spanish is also a plus.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food/drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS and process payments through the cash register
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Clear and clean tables, resetting for the next guests
- Bussing/Pre-bussing
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in handling money transactions and operating a cash register
- Excellent customer service skills focused on guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Knowledge of food safety & sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
