We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is a team player focused on customer service and knows how to prioritize a wide variety of tasks. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and strong computer/data entry skills, and ideally would have experience in the marine industry. Zimmerman Marine has a 40-year history of building, servicing, and repairing boats in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are an employee-owned company and have grown to six service locations in four states. - Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in-office and on the phone
- Assisting managers with customer accounts, job proposals, scheduling, work orders
- Time card reconciliation and entry
- Basic office management
- Coordination with our main office
