Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing inventory, helping in the warehouse, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Provide customer service via email and respond to customer service inquiries
- Participate in warehouse management activities including inventory audits and system updates
- Process and fold returns and put them back into inventory
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials during transportation within the warehouse
- Assist with order fulfillment tasks including order picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment
